About JM Outdoor Living — Design-Build Studio
JM Outdoor Living is an integrated landscape and outdoor living design-build studio based in The Woodlands, Texas. We create master-planned outdoor environments where patios, pools, kitchens, fire features, and landscape work together as one cohesive space.
Our work is guided by a simple idea: outdoor spaces should be thoughtfully planned, well-proportioned, and built to last — environments that function beautifully and support the way families actually live outdoors.
For more than three decades, our approach has centered on understanding landscapes as systems — not just how they look on day one, but how they perform and mature over time.
The Studio
JM Outdoor Living was founded by Jeremy, a landscape designer with more than 30 years of experience shaping outdoor environments throughout the Houston region.
Jeremy’s early professional foundation was built at the Piney Woods Native Plant Center, where he developed a deep understanding of regional plant communities, native ecosystems, and site-sensitive landscape planning rooted in the soils and climate of Southeast Texas.
That early experience continues to guide how projects are approached today — with respect for place, scale, and the long-term performance of outdoor spaces.
Throughout his career, Jeremy has worked closely with custom home builders, residential developers, and architectural teams, contributing landscape and outdoor living designs aligned with the homes and properties they surround.
Rather than treating outdoor spaces as an afterthought, each project is planned as a natural extension of the architecture itself.
