JM Outdoor Living is based in The Woodlands, Texas. We design and build outdoor living projects throughout The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia, Montgomery, Conroe and Bridgeland, including Alden Bridge, Cochran’s Crossing, College Park, Del Webb, Grogan’s Mill, Panther Creek, Sterling Ridge, Vista Fontana and Birnham Woods. This is not an exclusive list, and we also work in other nearby communities and neighborhoods throughout the area.

No. We can create a master plan for the entire property so the project can be phased over time while keeping the overall vision in mind. This allows each phase to work together and helps avoid costly changes or conflicts later as additional features are added.

Your project is personally led by the owner of JM Outdoor Living from the initial consultation through design and construction. You work directly with the same person throughout the process, so the original vision, details and priorities are carried from the first conversation through completion.

Yes. When required, we can prepare and coordinate the drawings and information needed for The Woodlands Township, HOA and architectural review approvals. Requirements vary by neighborhood and project, so we review those needs as part of the design process and help guide the project through the appropriate approval steps.

Design fees vary based on the size, scope and complexity of the project. After the initial consultation, we define the design scope and provide a clear design fee before any conceptual work begins. This allows us to develop a thoughtful master plan based on the property, your priorities and the overall vision for the project.

Yes. We can incorporate new pools, pool renovations and pool-related improvements into the overall outdoor living design. Our focus is making sure the pool, patio, landscaping, structures and other features are planned together so the entire backyard feels cohesive rather than like separate projects added over time.

Project timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the work. Design, revisions, approvals, material lead times and construction all affect the schedule. Once the scope is defined, we review a realistic timeline with you so you know what to expect before construction begins.
