The Transformation

Before:
A small builder-grade patio sat elevated above the yard, creating an awkward step down that broke the flow of the space.
The limited cover and single center column made the area feel tight, disconnected, and underused.

After:
We reworked the structure and layout to open the space completely — removing the center column and creating a seamless connection between the covered patio and the yard.
The result is a fully integrated outdoor living area with improved flow, better usability, and a layout designed for everyday living and entertaining.
